Helium, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, oxygen, nitrogen, methane, carbon monoxide
Concentration Range:
50 ppm – 20% for helium and hydrogen
200 ppm – 100% for carbon dioxide and nitrogen
200 ppm – 0.2% for argon and oxygen
200 ppm – 50% for methane
0.5 ppm – 5% for carbon monoxide
